※新規登録、居住地そのほかの変更登録ができるのは市民窓口課（本庁）のみです。

Foreign registration is for the purpose of a foreigner's identification by his her residential and social status.(Office of Citizen Affairs)

日本に90日以上滞在する外国人は、下表のとおり登録が必要です。

In case you are a foreigner and planning to stay in Japan over 90 days, you must take procedures for registration show in that able below

  • 出生などの事由が生じた日から60日以内

  • パスポート
    Passport
  • 写真2枚(4.5cm×3.5cm)※16歳未満は不要
    Photograph 2 copies(4.5cm×3.5cm)※Unnecessary if the registrant isunder 16 of age
  • 出生証明書または受理証明書など
    A certificate of birth
  • 16歳未満は同居者
    For registrant who is under 16 years old, a person who lives together with the registrant must come in as a representative
  • 16歳以上は本人
    A registrant who is 16 years old and over must come in person
住居地そのほかの変更登録
Registration of alterantion(ex. address,etc)
 変更が生じた日から14日以内（一部事項除く）
Within 14 days from occurrence of alteration(Some exception will be admitted. Please ask.)

※変更が生じたことを証する文書が必要な場合があります。
  • 16歳未満は同居者
    For registrant who is under 16 years old, a person who lives together with the registrant must come in as a representative
  • 16歳以上は本人または同居の親族
    Registrant who is 16 years old and over must come in person or a relative living together with a registrant can come in as representative

※ 外国人登録原票記載事項証明書は、市民窓口課のほかに、七生支所、豊田駅連絡所でも申請できます。
